In-stock items are shipped within 2 business days (excluding holidays) of placing an order. Preorder items are shipped based on availability. 

Please check the chart below for available delivery options and transit times for domestic and international shipments. UPS shipping rates are calculated based on the destination address. International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country and total order value.

LOST PACKAGES

Once your order is packed, it is handed over to the courier for delivery. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit or after delivery, please contact the courier to file a claim through UPS Claims or USPS Mail Search.

We do not offer refunds for packages marked as delivered by the shipping company.

While we are not responsible for lost packages, we will do our best to assist you. If a package is marked as delivered, please reach out to the courier for further assistance.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES
For international orders, the total order price includes customs, duties and tariff charges for most countries. You will see more detailed information regarding taxes and duties at checkout.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We've extended our holiday return policy! Purchases made between November 13 and December 25 can be returned or exchanged until January 5.

We offer free returns/exchanges within the US. For international returns, shipping costs are covered by the customer. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items returned within this timeframe can be either refunded to the original payment method or exchanged for store credit. Returns made outside the 15-day return window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and they may qualify for an exchange or store credit. Courtesy replacements are not be eligible for return or replacement. Returned merchandise must be in new condition including protective plastic coverings and all original packaging. Returned watches will be carefully inspected once received before being approved for refund or exchange. If signs of wear or alterations are evident, VANNA reserves the right to return the merchandise to the customer and decline the refund or exchange request. Please contact us to start a return/exchange.


Once we receive your return and determine that it complies with our returns policy, please allow 1-5 business days for your return to be processed and additional 1-7 business days for your payment provider to post the refund to your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
