How do presales work?

During a presale we offer a discounted price for our new collections prior to their release. Items bought during a presale will ship after the collection has been officially released.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order. Once your package has shipped, we can't make any further changes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If you haven't received an email, please contact us and we will resend you the tracking information.

What should I do if my tracking number is not working?

New tracking numbers usually take about 24 hours to activate from the time you receive your shipping confirmation. If it's been more than 24 hours and your tracking number still isn't working, contact us and we'll help ensure you get your package.

Will I receive a confirmation email after placing an order?

If the confirmation email cannot be found in your inbox or spam folder, please contact us with the full name, address, and email address you used to place your order and we will send you a new confirmation email.

SHIPPING

When will you ship my order?

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of order placement, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all valid international addresses or PO Boxes. For international orders, shipping rates will be provided at checkout. The total price includes potential charges for customs, duties and tariffs for most countries. You will see more detailed information regarding taxes and duties at checkout. Will I need to pay taxes and duties if I'm ordering outside of the US?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days. Please note that items returned within 15 days can be refunded to the original payment method or store credit will be offered.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from www.vanna.la. Returned items must be received in new, unused, re-sellable condition. Items must be returned in original packaging, have all protective coverings still affixed, and include product information cards provided in the original box. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable. Please check our full return policy for more information.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return and determine that it complies with our returns policy, please allow 1-5 business days for your return to be processed and additional 1-7 business days for your payment provider to post the refund to your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I return an item I purchased on sale?

You can return items purchased on sale unless the product is marked as "Final Sale". Keep in mind that products on sale are still covered by our warranty.

Who covers the cost of returns/exchanges?

We offer free returns/exchanges for all qualifying domestic orders. All returns and exchanges must be sent back within 15 days of order delivery. VANNA does not cover the cost of international returns or exchanges.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged or incomplete?

We are here to make things right for you. We kindly ask you to contact us before returning your parcel. Please include your order number, your shipping address, pictures of the defective/damaged/incomplete product(s) in your email so we can best assist you.

WARRANTY AND CARE

Are VANNA watches covered by warranty?

Our watches come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects. If your watch does not run correctly, we will repair or replace your product free of charge. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental damage, scratches or theft. For more information please visit our "Warranty and Care" page.

How do I replace the batteries?

All of our watch batteries can be found at any electronics store, as well as most watch repair or jewelry shops. Any watch repair shop or jeweler should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery yourself, as it requires special tools and you could damage the watch which won't be covered by our warranty.

What type of movement is used?

We use Swiss Ronda Precision quartz movements. Please check the details of the specific watch to find out which movement is used.

What is the glass on VANNA watches made of?

VANNA watches feature sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective (AR) and anti-fingerprint (AF) coatings. Sapphire crystal is highly scratch-resistant and exceptionally durable, while the AR coating improves clarity by reducing glare and reflections, and the AF coating helps resist fingerprints and smudges for a cleaner appearance.

What type of batteries are used?

Most of our movements require SONY SR626SW batteries.

Are VANNA watches water-resistant?

VANNA watches are 3ATM water-resistant. This means the watches can endure water splashes from washing your hands or briefly being caught in the rain. However, VANNA watches should not be submerged in water (i.e. not suitable for showering, swimming, and other water-related activities). Please note that watches can also be affected by water vapor and condensation caused by warm/humid environments or conditions. Though VANNA watches are rated for 3ATM water resistance, this is not a guarantee that contact with water won’t have an adverse effect on them. We recommend avoiding all contact with water, as water damage is not covered under warranty.

OTHER

Can I use promo codes on all products?

Each promo code has its own specific terms. Most promo codes can only be used once per customer. VANNA reserves the right to terminate any promo code at its own discretion.
